ST. GEORGE — Toys ‘R’ Us is the newest retailer to lease area within the new outlet mall headed to Staten Island’s waterfront.
The toy retailer leased three,300 sq. ft of area inside Empire Retailers and plans to have its retailer prepared when the mall opens in 2017, builders introduced Tuesday.
