Tom Hanks Going On ‘NFL Moratorium’ Over Raiders Move


SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Tom Hanks says he’s happening an “NFL moratorium” for 2 years after his hometown Oakland Raiders depart for Las Vegas, however he didn’t clarify what that entails.
