SAN LEANDRO (KCBS) — A 15-yr-previous boy and 19-yr-previous man suspected of impersonating cops and pulling over a automotive in San Leandro have been arrested early Friday.
The pair and two different juveniles have been in a grey Ford Crown Victoria once they have been capable of persuade one other motorist to cease within the space of 136th and Bancroft avenues.
