MARTINEZ (CBS SF) — A juvenile allegedly crashed his automotive into an influence pole early Sunday morning in Martinez, leading to an influence outage, police stated.
At three:17 a.m., Martinez cops responded to the 6700 block of Alhambra Avenue on a report of a car that struck a phone and electrical pole.
On the scene, officers situated a single car collision, a downed pole and electrical wires blocking the north and south lanes of Alhambra Avenue. In consequence, electrical energy was interrupted between Blue Ridge Drive and Gregory Lane in Nice Hill, police stated.
The juvenile male driver of the car was not injured and an investigation signifies that he fell asleep on the wheel, inflicting him to crash. There isn’t any indication that medicine or alcohol have been concerned, police stated.
