FLATBUSH — Police on Monday arrested a second suspect within the vicious beating of a person who provided to pay for his attackers’ meal in a Flatbush quick meals restaurant earlier this month.

The 37-yr-previous sufferer was critically injured within the March 1 assault inside Texas Hen and Burgers, police stated. In the course of the assault, 4 individuals have been caught on video kicking and punching the person contained in the eatery after he provided to assist pay for one among their meals, police stated.
