Police: Wife's Fitbit logs steps after husband says she died

ELLINGTON, Conn. (AP) – Police in Connecticut have cited Fitbit data in an arrest warrant for a forty-yr-previous man charged with killing his spouse in 2015.

Richard Dabate (DAH-bayt) faces homicide, tampering with proof and making a false assertion fees within the deadly capturing of 39-yr-previous Connie Dabate on Dec. 23, 2015.

Authorities say the forty-yr-previous Dabate advised them a masked man had entered their house, shot his spouse and tied him up earlier than he burned the intruder with a torch.
