SEAFORD, Del. (AP) — Delaware State Police have arrested a person they are saying was driving drunk and aspect-swiped an ambulance.
Police stated in a press release Sunday that the incident started round 9:30 a.m. Saturday with studies of an individual driving erratically in Seaford. Quickly after, an ambulance reported being aspect-swiped by the identical car, which fled.
