Officer Injured After Confronting Protesters Outside Pittsburgh jail


PITTSBURGH (CBS) — Protestors reportedly broke the home windows of a jail in Pittsburgh and received right into a scuffle with a police officer, Monday night time.

In response to CBS Pittsburgh, it occurred on the Allegheny County Jail round eight p.m.

Public Security officers say about 20 protestors, all wearing black, smashed home windows, together with the window of an SUV that was parked outdoors the courthouse.

The protesters reportedly ran off as soon as they have been confronted by a police officer.

CBS Pittsburgh reviews the officer suffered a shoulder damage after getting right into a scuffle with the protesters.

No arrests have been made.
