Man, 72, Pleads Guilty To Murder In Dispute That Started Over Toys For Tots


ABINGTON, Pa. (CBS) — A seventy two-yr-previous Bucks County man has pleaded responsible to homicide for the Christmas-time capturing of a seventy three-yr-previous on the porch of a house in Abington.

Seventy-two-yr-previous Leroy Clark pleaded responsible to the December 23, 2015 homicide of Richard Duncan. And following arguments, it’s as much as a decide if Clark is responsible of 1st or third diploma homicide, or if he’s responsible however mentally ailing.
