CORONA — Legal professionals for builders of a proposed mall on a Citi Subject parking zone argued within the state’s courtroom of appeals that the undertaking falls inside the tips of the many years-previous ruling that allowed Shea Stadium to be constructed — and that its development is important to wash up Willets Level for additional improvement.
