Counter-Petition To Keep Former Philly Mayor Frank Rizzo Statue

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Supporters of former Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo are pushing again towards a councilwoman’s name to take away his statue from metropolis property. They’ve signed a petition to maintain the statue the place it at present stands, in entrance of the town’s Municipal Providers Constructing.
