FRESNO (AP) — A gaggle of California gun house owners is difficult the state’s ban on giant capability magazines, saying it violates their constitutional rights.
The federal lawsuit filed Friday in Fresno seeks to overturn the ban on proudly owning magazines that maintain greater than 10 rounds.
