ARKANSAS (CNN) — Arkansas executed its fourth inmate in every week, ending a frantic schedule brought on by the looming expiration of the state’s provide of deadly injection medicine.
Kenneth Williams, 38, was initially sentenced to life in jail for the 1998 killing of Dominique Hurd, a college cheerleader. He was later convicted of capital homicide after he escaped from jail and killed Cecil Boren.
