PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A federal lawsuit shall be filed on Tuesday on behalf of three households that have been detained on the Philadelphia Worldwide Airport on Saturday. The ACLU of Pennsylvania informed Eyewitness Information that their legal professionals, HIAS Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia chapter of the American Immigration Legal professionals Affiliation will filed the federal lawsuit on Tuesday morning.
