SOLEDAD (AP) — State authorities say the weekend deaths of two inmates at a Northern California jail are being investigated as unrelated homicides.

The Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation stated Monday officers think about 22-yr-previous Cedric Saunders’ cellmate at Salinas Valley State Jail a suspect in his demise.
